Jul 2023 – Completion of Aik Moh Acquisition by Brenntag

We are proud to announce the completion of Aik Moh’s acquisition. Since signing the sales and purchase agreement on 22 March 2023, we have worked with the relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful conclusion to this accession.

Commenting on the completion, Chan Huan Yong, Regional President, Brenntag Essentials Asia Pacific, remarked
